Effective July 23, 2026. These terms explain the rules for using the ThreadPilot website and public workflow demo.
Public demo limits
The demo is a proof surface, not a production intake system.
ThreadPilot may limit message length, request frequency, supported use cases, or access to keep the demo stable and prevent abuse.
The demo may reject requests that fall outside its supported examples or operational limits.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit confidential customer data, payment card information, medical information, government identifiers, or emergency requests through the public demo.
If a workflow would require handling real sensitive data, that should happen in a private implementation environment, not on the public proof page.
No emergency or professional reliance
The public demo is not an emergency channel and should not be used for urgent service dispatch or time-critical decisions.
The site and demo are provided for informational, evaluation, and sales purposes. They should not be treated as legal, financial, insurance, compliance, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, bypass limits, inject malicious content, or test attacks against the public service.
ThreadPilot may suspend or block access when misuse, abuse, or security risk is detected.
Intellectual property and feedback
The ThreadPilot branding, website copy, workflow framing, and public demo presentation remain the property of ThreadPilot unless stated otherwise.
If you send feedback about the public site or workflow demo, ThreadPilot may use that feedback to improve the product.
Availability and changes
The site and demo may change, be interrupted, or be removed at any time.
ThreadPilot may update these terms as the product, infrastructure, and legal requirements evolve.
